Al-Sadd continue training for second day

The Al-Sadd first team continued to train for the second successive day on Thursday after returning from a break on Wednesday evening. The players had been given a rest from December 21, in light of the league break.

Thursday’s session was held without the Qatari international players who are preparing for the 2019 AFC Asian Cup, which will be held in the UAE from January 5 onwards. The rest of the first team and the U23 players participated in the session.

Al-Sadd are currently on top of the QNB Stars League table after going into the break with a tally of 38 points, two above Al-Duhail.
