Al-Sadd concludes preparations for Mesaimeer friendly

The football first team at Al-Sadd concluded its preparation on Friday for the upcoming friendly match against Mesaimeer which will be kick off at 4 PM on Saturday at the secondary pitch of the club.
The team is preparing for the return of the QSL which is currently in a break as international matches take place. After the restart, Al-Sadd will play Al-Kharaitiyat in Round 9. The match will be played on 22nd November at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.
Five Qatari internationals will be absent as they will be involved with the senior national team and its matches against Turkey and Bhutan. The 5 are: Ibrahim Majid, Abdulkarim Hassan, Hassan Al-Haydos, Mohammed Kasola, Ali Asad. Four others are away with the Olympic team – Muhannad Naim, Musab Khodr, Saleh Bader, Hamza al Sanhaji – as they prepare for the upcoming U23 Asian Cup in January.
Training on Thursday took place over two sessions with the coaching staff focusing on fitness exercises, alongside tactical and technical training which varied between offensive and defensive aspects.
