Al-Sadd conclude preparations ahead of Umm Salal clash

The Al-Sadd football first team concluded its preparations on Thursday evening ahead of the upcoming QNB Stars League Round 20 game against Umm Salal.

Head coach Jesualdo Ferreira and his coaching staff used Thursday’s final practice session to work on light technical training, in addition to holding a mini practice game.

At the end of the session, Ferreira announced the matchday squad for the game, which saw some players being rested while Hamid Ismail also missed out due to suspension.

The 18-man matchday squad is as follows: Jehad Mohammed, Meshaal Barsham, Musab Kheder, Yasir Abubakar, Khoukhi Boualem, Pedro Miguel, Jugurtha Hamroun, Hassan Al-Haydos, Ali Asad, Ali Ferydoon, Ahmed Sayyar, Alaadeen Younes, Akram Afif, Salem Al-Hajri, Mohammed Waad, Hassan Ahmed, Ahmed Suhail, Bahaa Al-Liythi.

Later, the squad left for a closed camp at the Westin Doha hotel, where they will stay until the time of departure for the game.
