Al-Dosari to return for Al-Sadd against Al-Kharaitiyat

Al-Sadd keeper Saad al-Dosari will return to the first team after being named in the squad to face Al-Kharaitiyat in the QSL Round 9 match to be played on Sunday. Al-Dosari makes his return after recovering from an injury sustained in the match against Al-Ahli in Round 4.

The coaching staff, led by Hussein Amouta, announced the 18-man squad for the match: Saad al-Dosari, Muhannad Naim, Gaser Yahya, Hassan al-Haydos, Nadir Belhadj, Xavi, Omar Yahya, Talal al-Baloushi, Khalfan Ibrahim, Ibrahim Majid, Muriqui, Mohammed Kasola, Meshaal al-Shammari, Nasser Ibrahim, Abdulkarim Hassan, Hamza al-Sanhaji, Musab Khodr, Ali Asad.

Al-Sadd goes into the match sitting in 3rd place in the league standings with 18 points from 8 matches. Al-Kharaitiyat is in 10th place with 7 points.

The team concluded training at 5:30 PM on Saturday evening on the secondary pitch as part of preparations for the Kharaitiyat match, during which the coaching staff focussed on fitness and light technical exercises. Later, the team left for a closed training session at the Grand Heritage Hotel which will last until the departure for the match.
