AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd step up preparations for Al-Nassr clash

The Al-Sadd first team stepped up their preparations for the upcoming AFC Champions League quarterfinal second leg clash with Al-Nassr, with just three days remaining before the two teams meet at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The match will kick off at 6:45 PM on Monday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The coaching staff used Friday’s training to focus on tactical aspects of the game, with a variation of offensive and defensive drills, in addition to quick one-touch play.

Al-Sadd’s Qatari international players had rejoined the club for training for Wednesday, after the national team’s qualifiers against Afghanistan and India.

Friday’s session also saw the participation of Baghdad Bounedjah and Jung Woo-young, who returned after the end of their participation with their national teams during the international break.
