AFC Champions League: Al-Sadd resume training to prepare for Al-Ahli clash

The Al-Sadd football first team resumed training at 6:30 PM on Friday at the club’s training facility, launching their preparations for the upcoming AFC Champions League game against Al-Ahli. The game is set to be played on Monday at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium.

The team had earlier defeated Al-Khor 4-0 in the quarterfinals of the Emir Cup on Thursday, to set up a semifinal clash with Al-Duhail.

During Friday’s session, the players who played against Al-Khor underwent recovery training to rid themselves of fatigue and exhaustion. The rest of the team worked on physical exercises and technical drills.
