ACL injury rules out Ibrahim Majid for six months

An MRI scan has shown that Al-Sadd defender Ibrahim Majid suffered an ACL (anterior cruciate ligament) injury in his left foot.

Ibrahim underwent the scan at the Aspetar hospital after he suffered the injury during the friendly game against Muaither.

The club’s medical staff will determine the date of surgery by tomorrow. The injury will rule Ibrahim out of action for a period of six months.
