Abdelkarim Hassan: We aim to repeat the win and clinch 2nd place

​Al-Sadd defender Abdelkarim Hassan spoke to the media about the upcoming game against Al-Rayyan in the QSL and said that it was a Clasico with a rich history, one that brings in a lot of fans.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, he said, “It is a crucial match and it is the Clasico of Qatari football. Al-Sadd will aim to repeat the victory from the first phase. A win will enter the annals of both clubs.”

Abdelkarim also went on to state: “The goal of Al-Sadd is to continue winning in order to clinch the second place and participate in the AFC Champions League next season.” The big defender also added that while a victory in this match will not compensate for losing out on the league title, it remains important at this period of time.
