A day off as rest for the first team

The Al-Sadd football first team players were given a day off as rest (Sunday) after they clinched the 2017 Qatar Cup with a great effort against El-Jaish in the final.

The 2-1 win over El-Jaish on Saturday gave the Wolves their first ever Qatar Cup triumph.

The team is now scheduled to return to training at 5 PM on Monday at the club’s training pitch, in order to begin preparations for the upcoming Emir’s Cup quarterfinal against Al-Kharaitiyat, which will be played on May 5 at the Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium.
