​Al-Sadd star Nadir Belhadj has stressed that the upcoming QSL Round 4 match against Al-Ahli will be a diffcult and hard-fought one. He pointed out that the Wolves will need to work hard and prepare well for the match in order to get the win, especially as the club always aims for pole position.

Speaking at the pre-match press conference, Belhadj said: “The match will be hard-fought; Al-Sadd players need to be well-prepared to give their best and get another three points – which can aid our goal of reaching the top of the table.”

As for playing with Xavi, the Algerian said: “Xavi is an exceptional player and it feels great to play alongside him. But Al-Sadd always depends on team play and Xavi is a member of the group which always comes together to play strongly in order to win.”
