Players take a break, visit Barcelona

The Al-Sadd coaching staff gave the first team players a day off on Friday, after a period of intense training at the 2019-20 pre-season training camp in Olot, Spain.

The players took the opportunity to take a tour of Barcelona, which is around 90 minutes away by bus from Olot. They visited the city’s landmarks and shopping districts.

Barcelona is situated on the Mediterranean coast, located between the two rivers Llobregat and Besos. It is the capital and largest city of Catalonia, a region of Spain, and the second largest city in the country, after Madrid.

Al-Sadd will now resume their training on Saturday, as they look to complete their preparations for the first pre-season friendly.
