AFC Champions League: Pakhtakor reach Doha ahead of Al-Sadd clash
The Pakhtakor football team delegation reached Doha on a special flight on Saturday evening, ahead of their 2019 AFC Champions League group stage clash with Al-Sadd, which is set to be played on Monday.
The 46-member delegation consists of players, coaching staff and team officials, led by club vice president Dimitri Adizman. Upon their arrival, the delegation was welcomed by Al-Sadd public relations officer Hamdan Al-Jarjawi who worked to ensure a smooth procedure for their entry into Doha.
Later, the team left for the Westin Doha Hotel, where they are set to reside for the duration of their visit. The first training session is set to be held from 7 PM onwards at the main pitch of Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Sunday.
