Singapore’s Muhammad Taqi named as referee for Al-Sadd vs Persepolis

The referees committee at the Asian Football Confederation has announced the list of referees who will take charge of the 2018 AFC Champions League Matchday 2 fixtures.

Singapore’s Muhammad Taqi Al Jaafari will be the main referee for the game between Al-Sadd and Persepolis, which will kick off at 6:30 PM on Tuesday, the 20th of February at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium. He will be assisted by linesmen Lee Tzu Liang and Koh Min Kiat. The fourth official is Letchman Gopala Krishnan. Ali Jebril (Palestine) will be the match commissioner while Toru Kamikawa (Japan) will be the referees assessor.
