Ahmed Suhail: We clinched the match early on, the win is a boost ahead of Persepolis clash

Al-Sadd’s Ahmed Suhail talked about the importance of the team’s 5-1 win over Al-Arabi in the QNB Stars League.

Speaking to the media after the game on Saturday, Suhail said: “This is an important victory for the team and it will keep us in second place, just two points behind league leaders Al-Duhail. In the upcoming period, we will work on both the domestic and Asian fronts.”

The youngster went on to add: “This win is a boost for us ahead of the match against Persepolis in the AFC Champions League, during which will look to get our second win in a row.”
