Al-Sadd conclude training ahead of Al-Ahli match

The Al-Sadd football first team concluded training ahead of the upcoming QNB Stars League game against Al-Ahli, which will be held on Thursday at the Hamad bin Khalifa Stadium.

During the final training session, the coaching staff implemented physical training and some light technical drills, in addition to reaction exercises, which was followed by a small-sided practice game.

After the session, head coach Ferreira announced the 18-man matchday squad, which is as follows: Saad Al-Dosari, Meshaal Barsham, Musab Kheder, Hussain Bahzad, Hassan Al-Haydos, Meshaal Al-Shammari, Saoud Al-Nasr, Yasser Abubakr, Hassan Ahmed, Hatem Kamal, Salem Al-Hajri, Ahmed Bader Sayyar, Baghdad Bounedjah, Morteza Pouraliganji, Jassim Al-Shammari, Ayoob Mashhoor, Fahad Shanin, Ali Asad.

The squad is without four key players: Xavi, Khoukhi Boualem, Pedro and Jugurtha Hamroun, who are all injured.

Later, the team left for a closed camp at the Westin Hotel, from where they will leave for the game on Thursday evening.
