Al-Sadd conclude training at Bad Häring camp

The Al-Sadd first team concluded training at Bad Häring on Saturday, wrapping up the 2017-18 preseason camp which had started on July 20.

The camp had seen daily training session both in the morning and the evening in order to prepare the players physically and technically. The team also played a friendly game against Turkish side Goztepe, which finished in a 4-4 draw. Another friendly, which was to be played against Bologna was cancelled due to the call-ups of international players.

Thursday’s training was also held over two sessions. The morning session was held inside the hotel gym, in order to work on muscle strength. The evening session was held at the outdoor pitch with a focus on technical and tactical aspects.

The Al-Sadd players are now scheduled to take a day off as rest on Friday before departing for Doha on Saturday, August 5.
