Khalfan scores his first goal of the season; Bounedjah remains top scorer

Khalfan Ibrahim netted his first goal of the season for Al-Sadd in the 8-0 win over Umm Salal in the QSL Round 11 match played on Monday.

Khalfan scored the sixth goal of the match after coming off the bench. The attacker has been a great addition to the team after recovering from an injury he sustained at the beginning of the season. The injury had kept him away from action for a month.

Meanwhile, Al-Sadd’s Algerian striker Baghdad Bounedjah continued to top the scorers list in the QSL after he scored his 14th and 15th goals of the season in the game against Umm Salal.
