​​The referees committee at the Qatar Football Association has announced the list of referees who are set to take charge of the matches in Round 16 of the QSL, which will be held over two days.

Cristian Balaj will be the main referee for Al-Sadd v Umm Salal, which will kick off at 7 PM on Thursday at the Saoud bin Abdulrahman Stadium. He will be assisted by linesmen Mihai Ovidiu and Valentin Gabriel. Abdulhadi al-Ruwaili will be the fourth official while Sameer Ahmed and Mohammed Shabeer will be the additional referees.​​
