​The players of the Al-Sadd football first team were given 5 days of rest following their well-deserved 5-1 win over Mesaimeer in the QSL Round 14 match played on Sunday.

The team will resume training on Saturday, the 26th of December as part of its preparations to face Umm Salal on Sunday, the 3rd of January.

Al-Sadd are currently in second place temporarily in the league standings with 27 points, with the other games from Round 14 to be played on Monday and Tuesday.
