Meshaal: Happy with the five-goal win, it increases confidence

Al-Sadd striker ​Meshaal Qasim al-Shammari has expressed his great delight with the 5-1 win over Mesaimeer in the QSL Round 14 match played on Sunday. The youngster said that the big win gave the team confidence especially as they were suffering from a lot of absentees.

Speaking after the match, Meshaal said: “I am happy with the big win and with my first appearance for the team this season. I hope I gain the trust of the coaching staff in the coming matches.”
