Muriqui to lead Al-Sadd attack against Al-Khor

​Al-Sadd football first team concluded preparations on Thursday for the Qatar Stars League Round 6 match against Al-Khor. The match will kick off at 5:30 PM at the Jassim bin Hamad Stadium on Friday.

The coaching staff used the training session on Thursday to raise the fitness levels of the players, in addition to making them practice tactical exercises and set-piece situations.
After the session, head coach Hussein Amouta announced the 18-man list of probables for the match: Muhannad Naim, Steven Tidga, Muriqui, Lee Jung Soo, Ali Asad, Hassan al-Haydos, Nadir Belhadj, Abdulkarim Hassan, Gaser Yahya, Omar Yahya, Ibrahim Majid, Talal al-Baloushi, Mohammed Kasola, Musab Khodr, Hamza al-Sanhaji, Xavi Hernandez, Khalfan Ibrahim, Saleh Bader.

Later, the team headed to the Grand Heritage Hotel for a closed training session which will until the departure for the match.

The training session also saw the participation of Brazilian striker Muriqui who has recovered from an ankle injury sustained during the match against Qatar SC.
