Al-Sadd to face Palestine u19 and Kharaitiyat

​Al-Sadd football first team is set to face the Palestinian under-19 national team and Al-Kharaitiyat in the coming week, as part of preparations for the start of the 2015/16 Qatar Stars League season. The team had earlier won friendlies against Al-Markhiya and Mesaimeer 5-1 and 6-3 respectively.

The Wolves will play the Palestinian team on Tuesday, September 1st at 7 PM and Al Kharaitiyat on Friday, September 4th. Both matches will be played at the secondary pitch of the club.

Meanwhile, the first team continued its daily training from 6:30 PM on Sunday evening at the secondary pitch of the club. The coaching staff ensured that the players trained to raise the fitness, performance and endurance levels.
The players then moved on to ball and footwork exercises which varied between individual and collective, with both offensive and defensive aspects of the game. The coaching staff, led by Hussein Amouta, intervened to correct the mistakes of the players, especially in their movement.
