​The Al-Sadd first team football squad will see many changes in jersey numbers in the upcoming 2015/16 season which is scheduled to begin in September.

Hassan al-Haydos will wear #10 and Khalfan Ibrahim will return to his old #14. After Xavi Hernandez took the jersey #6, Mohammed Kasola will now wear #66. Muriqui will no longer wear #9, instead shifting to #11.

#7 will belong to the attacker Hamza al-Sanhaji, who wore #37 last season. The youngster Ayoob Mashhoor will wear #23 after wearing #29 earlier.

Muriqui’s old #9 will now be taken up by the young striker Meshaal al-Shammari who appeared last season with #90. Hamad Mansour will wear #24; Abdulla al-Meseiki #25; Abdulrahman Nasser #4; Nasser Sankees #87 and finally Adam Faisal #77.
